Hello, my name is Ellen Mahan and I have been teaching music for 40 years. I primarily am a voice teacher and Theater Director in the greater Rockford area. I also teach beginning and intermediate piano and guitar. I have two studios. One in Rockford and one in Byron, Il. Piano is my favorite instrument and I want to make it fun and give you all the tools you will need to be successful. I will also teach you a simple but efficient way to read music. I’ll be honest sometimes practice can be boring but we can make it fun.
