About
Hello future students! Are you tired of sitting through boring lessons filled with grammar drills and memorization? In my class, you will practice your Spanish or English through active communication and engaging conversations.
My name is Molly, and I am a young teacher with a Master's degree in Bilingual and Multicultural Education. Having spent years living and working abroad, I have experience with learners of all ages and backgrounds. I use a laid-back, student-centered teaching approach that encourages my students to actively participate in their own learning.
In a classroom setting free of judgement, my students can truly reach their potential and improve their second language communication.
I hold a PEL teaching license for bilingual K-12 instruction in the state of Illinois, as well as a TEFL/TESOL teaching certification.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
When I begin working with a new student, I first open a dialogue with the learner to clarify goals and expectations. Once we have these solidified, we can begin to prioritize together what our lessons will consist of. I usually explain my teaching style and techniques, and offer to tailor classes to each student's specific needs.
