Hello. I'm Coach Terrill and I'm excited for the opportunity to help clients achieve their fitness goals. I've been a certified Personal Fitness Trainer for 3 years in the Indianapolis area. I offer virtual and in-person workout sessions. If you have a home gym, I will travel to you if that's your preference. My schedule is flexible, and I'll ensure sessions are scheduled to conveniently fit your schedule. I take great pleasure in helping clients exceed their fitness goals. Coaching is my passion as I enjoy working clients and helping them grow. I love seeing the end result of hard work and effort.

I train dogs and humans to be healthier, more athletic and more fulfilled. I board and train medium to large breed dogs for basic obedience, leash training, recall and hunting. My health coaching consists of a holistic approach to rituals, movement, sleep, nutrition, meditation and much more!

New students are always welcome. Classes available up to three times per week. Self defense and Karate class for adults and children. Most of our youth students compete locally and nationally. Our school is a member of the TKA, Tournament Karate Association.

I have been practicing martial arts for 16 years and have competed in over 100 fights. I was also representing Turkey as a national fighter. My main disciplines are Wushu, Kickboxing, and Self-Defense. I have taught Self-Defense and tactical shooting to the Turkish military, police officers, and security personnel. In Turkey, I owned my own dojo. Recently, I moved to the United States and am now teaching martial arts in Indianapolis.

We are a 24/7 fitness center with excellent qualified personal trainers, small group trainers and have excellent security for the safety of all of our clients and members Our main goal is to keep all of our clients healthy and active while providing them the most personal programming to meet their individual needs. We tailor everything specific to the individual based upon their desires, needs, goals, and concerns.
