Hello. I'm Coach Terrill and I'm excited for the opportunity to help clients achieve their fitness goals. I've been a certified Personal Fitness Trainer for 3 years in the Indianapolis area. I offer virtual and in-person workout sessions. If you have a home gym, I will travel to you if that's your preference. My schedule is flexible, and I'll ensure sessions are scheduled to conveniently fit your schedule. I take great pleasure in helping clients exceed their fitness goals. Coaching is my passion as I enjoy working clients and helping them grow. I love seeing the end result of hard work and effort.

I train dogs and humans to be healthier, more athletic and more fulfilled. I board and train medium to large breed dogs for basic obedience, leash training, recall and hunting. My health coaching consists of a holistic approach to rituals, movement, sleep, nutrition, meditation and much more!
