Hello. I'm Coach Terrill and I'm excited for the opportunity to help clients achieve their fitness goals. I've been a certified Personal Fitness Trainer for 3 years in the Indianapolis area. I offer virtual and in-person workout sessions. If you have a home gym, I will travel to you if that's your preference. My schedule is flexible, and I'll ensure sessions are scheduled to conveniently fit your schedule. I take great pleasure in helping clients exceed their fitness goals. Coaching is my passion as I enjoy working clients and helping them grow. I love seeing the end result of hard work and effort.

New students are always welcome. Classes available up to three times per week. Self defense and Karate class for adults and children. Most of our youth students compete locally and nationally. Our school is a member of the TKA, Tournament Karate Association.
