We are an official taekwondo school located in Lee's Summit,MO. We have classes for ages and we start as young as 4 years old. We offer mutiple types of classes for children, teens, adults, and families! Our instructors work their best to help you and your family progress through taekwondo. Martials Arts is a great sport for everyone and can improve academics and health.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We start all of our students with our "Quick Start" program. For only $19.95 we offer 3 classes and a full uniform and belt. The First class we will do will be a private lesson where the student will learn some fundamentals of Taekwondo. Then we see what class best fits you. The Second and Third classes will be a group lesson with other students where you will experince what a class will feel like. After the "Quick Start" we will talk with you and see if you feel like Prime Taekwondo is the best fit for you!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My name is Kyo Hwang and I am the Head Master at Pak's Academy Prime Taekwondo. My current medical experience in the field of physical therapist and past experience as a competitor in Korean National, International, and Korean Army Taekwondo Championships (in both sparring and forms) as well as being a Captain of the Korean Tigers International Demonstration Team help immensely in teaching students to be elite Martial artists.

Our prcing system for memberships vary and depend on the needs of the student. We suggest that everyone tries out our "Quick Start Program" for $19.95 to ensure that they are ready for Taekwondo and will enjoy their experience in learning Martial Arts with us.
