Juniko is a professional Brazilian jiu jitsu academy with world class professors that provide extensive training for both kids and adults.
In addition to jiu jitsu, we offer Muay Thai fitness classes for kids and adults, and feature a strength & conditioning zone with boot camp classes and private training.
I enjoy seeing the development and growth in the children and adult that I work with. Helping other become the best version fo themselves.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We start with a one-on one introductory class. New students can then join the regular classes where, in addition to the professors, the experienced members help them learn the basics, starting with remaining calm, breathing and progressing to the standard positions, techniques, defenses. In each class you learn at least one new technique or set of techniques and with the consistent training with your teammates and professors, you'll make progress at your pace.
