Frequently asked questions

We give to the students 2 classes trial. After sign up, we start the basic karate lessons, so the karateka starts with basic stances of karate like: KIba dachi, Zenkutsu dachi and kokutsu dachi, after that we teach blocking: upper, middle and lower blocks. this is done for 1 week after this, we add punching and kicking techniques, so this way the student is working with coordination, balance and precision , then after this week we start working with kata (Form) from 1 upto 21 moves. These are the basic moves for a new student.

I have trained all my life with Japanese sensei, I started with sensei Mitsuo Inoe, then Hiroshi Ishikawa, and Manabu murakami currently.

I have received my godan (5th Dan Degree) in 2015. After a very difficult examination. I was congratulated by the examiner for my good examination. one month later I received the certificate from Japan.

We have an enrolling system in our website, so people can sign up on the web. Very easy and you can do it anytime.

I was in high school in 1975. so I started learning by that time. after 2 years I enrolled in the instructor course this lasted 2 years . in 1977 I received my instructor permit\ title to teach in the whole country. That way I started to teach in schools and gyms. I have worked in many gyms and school up to now. Currently I am teaching in the eye of the tiger dojo, very happy of receiving new students who come with different motivations to our classes.

We have worked with students with very low level of selfsteem, children who were bullied, sedentary and many children with very little physical condition. We changed the way of life them, now these students participate in many physical activities in the schools and in clubs.

We have a student called Tony, he comes to train every week, I started to talk to him and work together in the techniques for kata , he improved a lot up to now. We are very proud of that. also we think the one to one classes are the best to improve the level of our students. we do this with all our students, so they feel much more taken into account.

First all, the sensei must have all the certificates of the federation he belonges, you must see one of his classes to see the way he works, also you must have an interview with him, the main thing is how do you feel with this person.if you feel right and confident with this person you can start taking classes.

How long does it to get to the next level\belt?

What are the parts of a class?

Do you do physical conditioning within the classes?

Can I go to the bathroom during classes?

Are your classes so hard?

Do you keep a program of training?
