Donovan Piano Studio

I have been teaching all ages and all levels of private piano classes for 40 years. I am currently president of the Merrimack Valley Music Teachers Association and a member of MTNA, MMTA, NEPTA and the National Guild of Piano Teachers. My students perform in 2 large recitals per year as well as community performances, piano parties, Guild Auditions and MVMTA recitals. We do many in studio projects such as The amazing musical race, Scaling new Heights and last years' project was on composition at the end of which we produced a book of original student compositions. From 1992 to 2006 I operated a multi teacher studio overseeing up to 12 teachers of various instruments and an average of 300 students per week. Now I teach from home on a beautiful Yamaha grand and have a Kawai full size digital piano for my student to warm up on and to use for duets. I use IPad technology during my classes to reinforce many skills.
