About
Our specialty is simplifying Indian cooking along with teaching, the healing effect and medicinal values of spices and herbs from the most delicious and ancient cuisine (Indian Cuisine).
Demonstration and some hands-on cooking helps participants with learning how to various curries, mastering the art of rolling, roasting and frying indian breads and crafting the appetisers like Samosa, pakora etc.
Our in-person group cooking classes, provides a relaxed and fun atmosphere while interating and sociallizing with rest of the the group along with getting generation old tips and tricks of how to make indian cooking easy yet delicious.
A delicious dinner at the end of the class is the highlight of the evening.
As I say, " I am not a gourmet chef but I am a good cook and an even better teacher. I teach from the heart, which participants notice from how I conduct the class.
My 15 years of experience in teaching Indian cooking with mostly, filled-up classes and seeing returning participants for different theme, gives me feeling of deep contentment. In short I can say that, teaching how to cook indian cuisine is not only a profession but a passion for me.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We start the class with introduction to spices and its medicinal values. Then demostrate all the tips and tricks of how to make the cooking easy with several prep work. Having done that we transition in to the actual cooking process, which include combination of observation and hand's-on.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor in Food and Nutrition from India.
