I have always had a love for food and cooking. I love you cook for people and see the reactions from them once they taste my food. Cooking for people is my love language. I am in my happy place when I am cooking for people. I learned how to cook from my mom. I got the cooking bug at the age of 9 years old,so when I was old enough I obtain my degree in Culinary arts and Hospitality management from Stratford University. I want to share my knowledge and child hood experience with people. Especially with the people that are intimidated by cooking. Cooking really can be fun if you take the stress out of it.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I will have a conversation with the student to see what are they looking to learn from the class. Example do the want to know about cleaning,knife skills,timing,techniques ect. Also what is their level of comfortably with cooking.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a A.A degree in Culinary Arts and B.S in hospitality management.
