From knife skill to desserts, we make it easy to have a great time and to learn valuable skills while doing so. No pressure only experience. I enjoy every second of what I do. Creating and meeting new people has to be my favorite. My work quite literally just feels like a life long cocktail party, where I'm always the host. I love it. It's my dream job. And it has brought so much pure joy to my life.
