I’ve attended a group class twice. Once in his home, and once in my own home with my family. In both classes, I was impressed with Chef Craig’s ability to make the experiences unique and memorable with a perfect balance of incredible information and fun. Chef Craig is focused on food safety and regardless of the lesson, you walk away with a new technique to use in your kitchen for every day. Chef Craig brings so much joy to a room and quickly makes you feel comfortable and like a member of the family. We will return for a class and gift his classes to family and friends.
