I have been teaching culinary arts for many years. I am an Edible Schoolyard Academy Alumni and have worked with Alice Waters. I have written three Farm to Table Children's cookbooks. I am the Head of the Farm to Table program at a children's camp in upstate New York during the summer months.
I love to take my students traveling through food. It is my passion teaching you how to prepare cuisines from my travels around the globe. You will learn how to prepare it on your own. Whether it's teaching children, young adults or young at heart. Your palate with be pleased!
