Unforgettable Taste & Etc.
About
There is a real joy in sharing this most inherent skill, seeing others smile because it is something they’ve prepared with Love for another or even themselves. Having been cooking for 35 plus years, I have taken the time to hone my skills through self study and the commitment to consistent practice, which has evolved into a small business, “Unforgettable Taste Cakes & Etc.”
I am passionate about any number of students and will share just as intently with one as I will with a group of four or more. My students can count on me to be prompt and hands on from beginning to the end. My commitment to such an obligation, isn’t to become famous for what I do naturally, but to make certain that I leave a deposit in the earth, having bettered someone’s life so that they too may share the same passion with another.
EVERYTHING!!!

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I am consistent with the following process:
-Consult with them via telephone or FaceTime to assess their level of comprehension as it pertains to cooking or baking.
-Discuss their intention. Is this for a one time dinner for an occasion or will they be scheduling additional sessions, if my renderings are applicable to their preference.
-What do they want to prepare? Single item or a meal?
-Suggested amount of time needed with a grace of 30 minutes. Inform them that I schedule for 2 hour sessions for individuals and 3 hours plus for groups. An additional 15 mins/Person is added for groups of 4 or greater.
-Payment is required in full when scheduling via cc or dc. Tips are encouraged, if the client has enjoyed their session, but not required. Specifications of refund policy and etc are discussed and given to the client in writing.
-Scheduling and we’re off to the races of delicious food/baking preparation.
