Breakin' bread specializes in culinary instruction for small, intimate events.The courses focus on developing students’ basic culinary skills while providing a brief history of each dish. Corsework is presented in a fun and easy to understand manner. I have experience teaching to all ages. I have served a a Chef instructor to children through Common Threads- a non-profit specializing in after school classes. There, I instructed children in healthy international cuisine. I have also instructed adults in a culinary re-entry program, on basic culinary techniques. I (currently) hosts classes through ClassPop. These classes include Shrimp Tacos w/ mango salsa and handmade corn tortillas and Irish French Toast, among others
Cooking has always come natural to me. The kitchen has long been a place of refuge for me. I think there are few things more intimante than breaking bread with others. The classes are kept light, fun, informative and professional. Please feel free to look for my pages on
