Jujitsu Self Defense
About
I've taught Japanese Jujitsu for 22 years and am President of the American Jujitsu Association. I love teaching the art and look forward to every class, where long-time students and instructors train and help new students learn in a family atmosphere. We operate as a club. The $50 month-to-month fees just cover costs. Classes are held Tuesday and Thursday evenings, 8-9 PM at the Severna Park Community Center, 623 Baltimore Annapolis Blvd., Severna Park MD. If you're interested, call or text me at 443-591-3692 or email me at [email protected]. For more information, see our Website and follow us on Facebook and Yelp.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
New students are paired with compatible instructors in the context of a class which I teach. The instructors are good, patient teachers who learn the strengths and limitations of the students and work to guide them smoothly into full class participation.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a sixth-degree black belt in Budoshin Jujitsu, a black belt in Tomiki Aikido, a brown belt in Shorin Ryu Karate, and several years experience in Tai Chi.
