About
Having grown up in a musical family, I have been creating music my entire life. My first instrument is my voice. My father taught me piano, which created a strong core to my understanding of music theory. I then learned steel pan, trumpet, flute, ukulele, and vibraphone. I play classical, jazz, folk, pop, and love to combine genres and stretch the boundaries. In middle and high school, my bands and I won numerous 1st place trophies. I also received outstanding musicianship awards at the state jazz festivals. I am a student at Berklee College of Music.
Music is a universal language, one that can be felt and understood by just sound. It connects, enlightens, and unites us. Music is a powerful tool, and I am passionate about sharing my knowledge with other artists of all ages. I bring a calm, dedicated, and inspirational experience to all my students. I love to see the progress that my students make. To hear the changes and witness greatness being born is what I love about teaching.
