Keyboard Music Works

I have taught piano for over 35 years. I have a Music Degree in Piano and Music Education from Bowling Green State University. I owned a Yamaha Music School for 15 years.

I teach school age students in a unique class and private lessons program. I provide comprehensive music lessons including note reading and ear training, music theory, arranging, improvisation and composition. Students learn to play as a solo pianist, as well as in many ensemble situations. By including class experiences, students learn to feel the beat and play with other musicians. They are more creative sharing their ideas. And, they are motivated by their peers in an atmosphere that is nurturing, rewarding, and fun.
