I work only with beginners. They learn about the frets, importance of ear training, the fun of practice and the many doors open to them with their instrument.
My zeal for spreading the fun of the fiddle is contagious. I took a long sabbatical from the instrument and I'm glad that I'm back at it.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
The student shows me where they are in the learning process. We practice together. I associate different words with keeping the bow straight, staying on one string at a time, practicing, and more.
