Everyone should have an opportunity to learn and love music. It fosters creativity, expression, self-control, responsibility and respect. I have taught students for 16 years from as young as 2 years old to as wise as 86 years old to love and appreciate music. I love seeing the eyes light up on a student's face once they finally learn a new so for grasp a difficult concept. I love guiding them to their passion and dreams and encouraging them to grow not only in music but in who they are as a person. Music creates character. It gives a person a place to go when they are lonely, happy, sad or upset. It allows a marvelous escape into the compositions of famous composers and even allow them to create their own compositions. Music is so we can pray without words.I have performed all over the world, studied at rheCleveland Institute of Music and the Cincinnati Conservatory.
