About
Welcome to All Star Music Studio! I’m a professional pianist and violinist. I started to play piano and piano when I was 5 years old with formal classical music training. l hold a Doctor of Musical Arts degree from Michigan State University. I have more than 15 years piano and piano teaching experience and I currently teach in music academy as piano and violin instructor. I like to see my students to make improvements and enjoy learning music with me. I help them prepare different kinds of events and many of my students won 1 place music competitions including the Michigan regional competition “American Guild of Music” Great Lakes regional contest.
I enjoy working with different levels beginner to advanced students and different ages of students from 4 to 65+. I teach different style of music from classical to pops and movie. I give students music challenges, so students will have more motivation to challenge themselves and find their potential. I’m a passionate teacher with professional knowledge and have great experiences of teaching students from zero to professional. My studio is located in Farmington Hills, close to 11 mile, and Halsted Rd. My lesson rate is $35 for 30 mins. Please feel free to ask me question and I look forward to hearing from you soon!

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I love to hear why they want to learn the instrument and what's their musical goal. Then, I will set the strategy to help them acheive their goal.
My intruction can be strucural and strict or relaxed based on your needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have formal music training. I started to learn violin and piano from 5 years old and I received my doctor of musical arts degree in performance at Michigan State University.
