I'm a 2 Time Boxing World Champion, I also competed on the reality boxing show "The Contender Season Two". I have alot of knowledge, training experience and techniques to share with my new students. I've been teaching boxing, self protection and getting in shape for over 30 years.
Seeing the smile on my students faces as he/she began to see results. I enjoy helping people and teaching.
