Teaching and communication go hand in hand when teaching lessons to my students. Not only will you receive an excellent repertoire to keep you busy non-stop, but you will also be taught a background in musical history. While under my instruction, you could learn to play Franz Liszt's Hungarian Rhapsody No. 2; you can even play all of Beethoven's nine symphonies, but what's most important is knowing why you decided to play the piano in the first place. A love for music is a never-ending journey. It may not be easy at times, but I will always be beside you to ensure you stay on the right path.
I have always been driven to teach people that they can do the impossible. From the very beginning of my childhood, I had loved to help others free themselves of any roadblocks that have otherwise delayed their ambition to do great. I am here to prove that we are instilled with the power to do great things no matter the obstacle.
I have been taking piano lessons from Stephan for approximately a year, and when I began taking piano lessons with Stephan, I had no piano experience. As an adult who has begun my musical journey late in life with work, life, family, and other obligations the piano has not been easy for me to learn and sometimes the progress is slow; however, with Stephan’s patience and guidance I have been able to learn in a positive and encouraging manner. Based on my lack of musical background and experience, Stephan has adjusted our lessons to a level of instruction that enables me to meet my goals. A positive thing I like about Stephan is he doesn't make you feel bad about your mistakes, and he's there to help you. Stephan is a knowledgeable and energetic teacher who conveys good techniques and at the same time promotes a lifelong appreciation of music. I would certainly recommend him to anyone who has always wanted to learn piano but never got around to it like myself. As is said, “better late than never.” I am looking forward to and enjoying every lesson as my journey continues in my musical adventure.
Stephan is a very patient and enthusiastic instructor. His enthusiasm is contagious, and his knowledge and method of instruction has me looking forward to our future lessons.

A fifty dollars that I promise always to be well spent. You will never be rushed out of a lesson.
All individuals, young or old, no matter their ethnicity and background, I want my students to feel comfortable knowing they are being taught by someone who will always ensure they feel welcomed.
I have recently become just a tad bit obsessed with collecting and building legos. My most recent one was that of a grand piano that plays classical music tones while the keys move up and down. I can't wait for you to see it!
