Working with Florina was one of the best experiences I had working with music. As someone who has played the violin since I was just 4 years old, I’ve had a number of violin teachers in the past, but none of them compare to Florina’s dedication and passion for music, her focus on technique and form, as well as understanding the music to the highest level and immersing in the emotions which come with each piece of music. With Florina, I saw great improvements with my form and learned things about the violin (and music) I simply never knew about. I was able to find a new found love for the violin that I believe I had lost over the years. I truly could not ask for a better teacher.

Florina worked with my daughter (14) who has been playing for 8 years, and my son who is new to violin. She is through, and fun, and both kids have loved working with her. She emphasizing good violin technique, and selects music of interest to the kids. I highly recommend Florina.
