About
Patty started working as a piano teacher when she was studying music bachelor at the university in Thailand (2002-2006). She has over 17 years of experience teaching piano. Patty’s goal, as a piano teacher, is to share her love for music and playing the piano with each student. All lessons are uniquely tailored to fit each student's strengths and weaknesses. Patty is well liked by both students and parents for her infectious enthusiasm when conducting her piano lessons, and dedication in imparting her music skills to her students.
She was a piano judge for National Federation of Music Clubs ( MFMC) ,who rates piano student performances in Michigan. She was also a managing director (Owner) of Music Academy in Westland, Michigan. She has experienced teaching children with special needs, and trained in person-centered planning with children, adults and families. Patty makes sure each student feels confident in their abilities and leaves class with a confident smile on their face!
I love meeting new people. Educate them what I knew. I love being with children and, treating and teaching them like my own child.
