“From age 11 I knew I wanted to be a teacher. I love seeing things "click" and having students inspired to express themselves. Just recently I had a parent text me this, "I think lessons with you is one of the most beneficial things my child has ever done in terms of building confidence, lifting spirits, and improving her outlook!" This is what fulfillment is for me; seeing and hearing that people are succeeding and expressing themselves. I also very much enjoy the science, anatomy and physiology of singing. I am able to convey what is happening mechanically to help students achieve their vocal goals. You could say I'm a total voice nerd. I hope to see you soon.”

Jessie is a knowledgeable, lively, patient, and kind teacher who successfully engages and motivates my six year old who loves to sing but generally has little tolerance for working at things that don’t come easy to her. Jessie inspires my daughter to work hard and, when the time is right, to let loose and have fun. I have seen my girl grow and refine her music skills week after week. Highly recommended!

I knew I wanted to be a teacher since 5th grade. From age three I studied music; violin, french horn, trombone, bass, piano, voice and dance. I loved every moment of my music education and strive to be the teacher that I always wanted.

I work with singers, pianists, singer/songwriters, producers, and teachers age 5-105! Please see my resume and testimonials for more information.

Just today a student of mine sang a solo, for the first time. I'm so very glad I was there for her and that she fulfilled on her goal to sing for the audience.

Look for someone who is studied and practiced; someone who understands vocal anatomy and physiology and is able to help you grow your voice without any adverse effects. Also look for someone who you can connect with and respects your musical goals.

    What are your goals?

What do you notice is holding you back vocally or personally from reaching your musical goals?

What do you want to create and will this teacher assist in that process?
