I specialize in beginner piano lessons and focus on fun, fundamentals, and music appreciation! Music is an important part of my life and I love to help students of all ages learn about music! I've been teaching piano lessons to a small group of students since I was in college, and began teaching lessons in 2008. I studied Biology in college, but received a specialized minor in Piano Pedagogy so I could learn more about teaching piano lessons. I've taught beginner piano lessons to students of all ages, from age 4 to age 65+. I typically recommend a 20-30 minute lesson one day each week, and encourage practice between lessons (determined by each student's ability and attention span). I'm happy to work with you and your family to create a flexible schedule.
