I'm a former college baseball player from Kansas City Kansas Community College (KCKCC) as well as Avila University. I have spent thousands of hours throughout my career with players and coaches who have played and coached at the college and/or professional levels, including WORLD SERIES CHAMPIONS such as Albert Pujols, Sergio Romo & Jeff Suppan (just to name a few). After my playing days were over, I was hired by Minor League Baseball (MiLB) as a full time umpire. I was fortunate enough to work on a professional baseball field for more than 150 games as a minor league umpire: some of those games included big league players in spring training

Hi, my name is RJ Proctor. Football has been apart of my life since I was 4 years old. I currently provide football consultation and training services to clients in the Kansas and Missouri area. I was a former starting Offensive Lineman at the University of Virginia (2015-2019) and at the University of Oklahoma (2019-2020). During my 2017-2018 college football season at UVA I played as a starting Offensive Lineman (Offensive Guard) and our team became the Belk Bowl Championship Winner.
