Travis is one of those guys that just makes you want to better yourself. He brings a positive attitude to every set back and situation that helps you strive to achieve the goals that you want to accomplish. He brings another set of eyes and understanding ears to whatever you are going through in life and gives you the guidance you need to get through the tough times. I started working out with Travis weighing 250 lbs. and dealing with depression and life knocking me down one setback at a time. Through training with Travis I got down to 210 lbs.
