Full90Fitness is proud to offer Kansas City the best strength/conditioning, personal training, and soccer training it has to offer.

No more big group training sessions of 8+ athletes. Every athlete is different, so every athlete will get their own individualized program to follow. There will be no more than 3 to 4 athletes per sports performance session.

    I am a soccer player who has gone through two surgeries because of ACL injuries. It was a struggle to get back into shape and to stay fit, but Full90fitness and the program I was set up with allowed me to work at my own pace, while getting guidance from the trainer. I was able to get my fitness back with conditioning and agility drills, and I was also able to gain muscle with the workouts that are offered. I was able to maintain my soccer abilities through the drills I did with the trainer, and I am happy with the 1 on 1 training I was able to experience.

    Anyone interested in getting started with full90fitness will get a free assessment session! After this session, both parties will work to find out best goals for the individual and begin to work toward them in the most effective manner possible! 

    My bachelors degree is in Exercise and Sports Science. 

    I have my certifications in: 

    -National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Personal Traning 

    -International Sports Science Association (ISSA) Specialist in Strength and Conditioning. 

    Strength and Conditioning Pricing per month:

    - 1 day/week: $150

    - 2 day/week: $175 

    - 3 day/week: $200

    - 4 day/week: $225

    Individual Soccer Traning per month:
