Jake has been in the coaching/strength and conditioning field since 2015. He takes pride in being able to work with others-whether it’s an athlete or general client. He is currently an assistant softball coach at Fontbonne University and is a strenght and condtioning coach at The Shop by NLP which he owns. Jake also competes at the Men’s Major level for fastpitch Softball over the summer. My training stands out from traditional personal training due to the fact it is not a cookie cutter workout. Every person that comes in goes through a series of tests and exercises to see their weak points and what needs the most attention moving forward as well as a sit down meeting with the client about their individual goals.
