About
We are members of the Mid America Music Festival Competition held every summer at the end of July and our students win Superior trophies every summer at this festival. We have had the Top Winner in Classical Piano, and Classical Voice and also Musical Theater Vocal Divisions. We give two major recitals a year and take our students to retirement homes to perform several times a year. At this time, due to the pandemic, we are solely teaching on Zoom! and Skype and Google meet... It is working well and at this time we are offering a free evaulation and lesson in teaching all our private lessons! Mr. Krueger has written his own Piano Tabliture method and teaches all ages, he has many talented students who have won many awards at Solo and Ensemble and also Mid America Festival Competition. Mr. Krueger has a B.A. in Piano Performance and forty years of teaching experience! Mr. Jones has a Masters in Vocal Performance and grooms kids for musical theater college programs and also District/State and Solo and Ensemble competitions as well as Performing Vocal programs in colleges and universities. Our studio has been voted Most Outstanding Studio to take Piano and Voice Lessons in 2020 by St. Peters Arts group.
All instructors in our studio are degreed certified, some holding Masters level degrees and have taught for forty plus years. Several instructors have had impressive performing careers while they are teaching. Our instructors are very passionate about teaching music in whatever respective field it is in and monitor and encourage students to succeed.......Our studio is a very relaxed, comfortable atmosphere and the education success of our students is most important to us. What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Each instructor brings in student and parent to first lesson and finds out what goals the student has for the lessons, evaluates what level the student is on and develops and individual curriculum based on that information.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
B. M. E in Music Education, Masters in Vocal Performance, ten hours on Doctorate in Voice. Extensive training in classical and musical theater vocal styles, groom students for District and State Choir and also Solo and Ensemble Vocal Competitions held every March. ALL LESSONS ARE $85.00 a month........for a private thirty minute lesson at the same time each week......there is a one time ten dollar enrollment fee which registers student with the studio.
How did you get started teaching?
Owners had the intense desire to open a Performing Arts Studio to give expert teaching in Piano, Voice, Guitar, Violin, Viola, Saxophone.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
This past summer we took forty students to the Mid America Music Festival Competitions, thirty nine of these students won a Superior Trophy in Piano, and Voice. We also had the second and third place winner in the Junior Division and Second Place in the Senior Division Talent Show.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Find out the education level of the instructor, ask about the experience level of the instructor, ask about past students and are they going on with their music education. Ask what technqiue the instructor teachers and how the lessons are formatted.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Students should ask how long instructor has been teaching, ask about credentials and ask about teaching techniques.
