Christine Eunyoung Lee Piano Lessons
About
Hello,
I'm Christine Eunyoung Lee (Just call me, Christine!).
I had a chance to learn piano when I was 6 years old to be ready to play the piano in the church I went. Since that time, I spent a lot of time with piano. Even though I stop having piano lesson after 7 years to focus on my academic work (my parent's wish), I did not stop practicing the piano and majored in music education to become a music educator. After I graduated the college, I got the certification for teaching music in secondary school (2006).
In 2010, I came in U.S to study music therapy.
After I completed all required English classes, I started to learn music therapy at Drury University (2012) and graduated (2015). I have worked with clients with developmental disabilities, and Alzheimer's disease.
I'm passionate what I'm doing especially piano and music therapy.
I've taught piano and music theory since 2008.
I teach piano in 1:1 setting in student's home usually.
My students are from kids to adult and varies in levels.
I basically adjust my teaching style, level to student's skill level and preference.
I'm able to teach piano for individuals with disabilities to develop their fine motor, social, and cognitive skills.
