About this pro

I've taught students aged 4 to adult; private lessons as well as group.  I have a Bachelor of Music in Piano Pedagogy from Webster University and have been teaching over 30 years. I am currently only teaching online- Zoom or FaceTime due to the virus.
Normally we have 2 recitals a year but those are on hold also☹️. We may have one on Zoom also.

I love kids, love music, and love teaching!😊 Love to see my students accomplish one thing after another & grow in their love of music.

Bachelor of Music-Piano Pedagogy.

$30 per lesson

How did you get started teaching?

I started teaching while still in college. A friend of mine was starting her student teaching and she gave me the piano students she had.

Age 4 to adult. Have had a few ADD & ADHD students.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

Make sure they are a qualified teacher. There are lots of people out there teaching because they themselves had a couple years of lessons when they were children.

What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?

They must have something they can practice on. They should make sure they're ready to make a commitment to practice & do their best.
