I am originaly from Beijing, China and now live in Charlotte. I learned to cook from my mother & father. When I moved to Charlotte 4 yrs ago I entererd a Chinese cooking contest with 50 Chinese chefs and I was awarded 3rd place.
I continualy teach my dishes to friends and relatives.
One of my specialties is Chinese Dumplings, Lamb and Chinese bread. I also warm people up on cold winter nights with my quick soup recipes.
I like to cook, because food can make people happy and healthy!
