My job is to help participants explore and prepare for a career, explore a hobby or improve upon the technicalities of the culinary field. There are a variety of teaching methods to assist those who are eager to learn and develop skills related to cooking. When my students are able to demonstrate tasks, techniques, and the capabilities to use the tools in this occupation; that’s when I find the most gratification from my job as an Instructor.
