I am passionate about supporting busy moms and entrepreneurs who are ready to get in the kitchen and have fun learning how to make delicious, nutritious meals and not have to spend hours each day to do so!

My specialty is plant-based cooking classes and dietary specific classes. I love doing pantry reorganization’s, food store tours and getting you set up for Success in the kitchen.

Ive been educating, motivating and inspiring individuals, family’s and groups to take control of what they put into their body since 2007.

I am a health coach, Natural Foods Chef who has trained at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, the Natural Kitchen Cooking School where I became an owner, the Rouxbe Cooking School, Marilyn Waxman macrobiotic Cooking Program, Christina Pirello Cooking Program, the Culinary RX Program and am the proud owner of The Natural Foods Academy.
