
Seasonal School of Culinary Arts is a week-long, hands-on intensive with sessions in Asheville, Ithaca, Sonoma and Paris. Optional sessions by appointment are held in Madison County, NC, and include foraging, hands-on cooking and dining, with musical interludes.
