I started baking when I was seven years old. Everything is made from fresh quality ingredients. I can make anything from apple pie to zucchini quiche. Anything from A-to-Z! I love creating new dishes, trying new foods and teaching people how to use their own creativity in their kitchen. I work in education and I have my own business so creating a specific lesson plan for each person would be crucial.

I have been cooking for over three decades. I come from a large family, and have family recipes that have been passed down from generation to generation.

Lessons start at $30 an hour.

I have worked with children as young as seven years old and adults in their mid-30s.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I recently created some custom cakes for customers him and Had two bowls of cake scraps. My granddaughters thought I was going to throw them away. I turned that into a business learning lesson and had them do the math on how many cake pops we could turn the scraps into. It turned out to be $43 worth of cake pops by using the cake scraps. It is very important to me to teach them not to be wasteful and to turn even scraps into the best quality product.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Take time to learn from people who have been doing this for years. They don’t always have to be a culinary genius that graduated from culinary Institute. Lots of people have plenty of experience and generations of recipes that are handed down to them. Utilize those people who are in it too be on their own television show but cook from the love And passion from their soul.
