What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I typically conduct a phone assessment with new students to discuss their level of cooking experience and expectations. We also discuss any food allergies or aversions. We talk about favorite foods and fond food memories that the students would like to recreate.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an associate's degree in culinary arts and I'm a certified culinarian with The American Culinary Federation.
I've been cooking and catering for 25 years.
