As someone who’s a complete beginner to boxing and honestly not the most coordinated person I was a little nervous about getting started. But training with Coach Q has been an absolutely amazing experience.
From day one, he’s been incredibly patient and encouraging. He breaks everything down in a way that’s easy to understand, and he never makes you feel rushed or judged, no matter your skill level. What really stands out is his passion for the sport you can tell he genuinely loves boxing and even more so, loves teaching it. That energy is contagious and makes every session something to look forward to.
Coach Q is also super motivating. He knows how to push you just enough to keep you progressing without feeling overwhelmed. Every time I leave a session, I feel stronger, more confident, and a little more coordinated than the last.
