I am passionate about providing fun, engaging music lessons for children and adults. It gives me joy to watch students' faces light up when they grasp a new concept or master a new piece. I seek to provide an excellent musical education with lots of playfulness added in for good measure.
I enjoy each student's personality, and helping them reach their goals and believe in themselves.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Explore the student's musical taste and goals, then determine what method book would work best for them. In children's lessons, each week we learn 1-2 songs, play music theory games, and provide rewards for great work. In adults' lessons, we learn songs that the student chooses, go over music theory concepts, and explore the student's musical goals.
