Lake Norman Muay Thai began in a local park, with a handful of people who love Muay Thai. Their love of Muay Thai spread and now many students are enjoying this great martial art.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with people who just want to get fit and learn self defense, and people who wish to compete on a professional level.

Our most recent competition in Winston Salem. We had a student compete for the first time. Now many more are wanting to compete.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Research the schools, and the teachers in the area. You will find that some teachers are great competitors, but are lacking in their teaching ability. Try our classes for one week FREE OF CHARGE. You will see we can give you what you want.
