My approach to food is very simple. The cooking of the dishes are simple and the technique's are all about how master the food and dishes you make. I'm very hands on and easy going. I'm going to make you laugh the whole time you're in the kitchen bc I'll tell you what I've experienced and you'll say "hey I was feeling just like that too". I'm the chef that can relate to just about everything you've been through.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I bring everything too you, knives, food, recipes and other instructions. And at the end of the lesson I normally present a student with their own personal chefs knife
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a student of the Chefs Academy and a graduate from Escoffier School of Culinary Arts. I'm also a consultant when it comes shopping for food, I give lessons and I've worked with many elderly ppl with different diets and nutritional needs. Lastly I have over 25 years professional cooking from various restaurants under my belt.
