I teach cooking classes regularly at Southern Season Cooking School in Chapel Hill, NC, and Whisk in Cary, NC.
My specialties are baking and international cuisine.
I have a passion for sharing the unique combinations of cuisine and culture from countries I have travelled to - thus the name “The Travelling Cafe.”
I love helping people experience new tastes, or learn new skills that perhaps they thought were beyond their ability.
