Hi! My name is Prestin Bailey, CPT, CNC. I opened up Eat and Move 4 Your Life about a year and a half after graduating with my A.A. In Culinary back in 2019. My hopes are that I can make a difference in my community by spreading my knowledge and experience in health and wellness. I’m proud to be a supporter of the LGBTQ+ community and consider my business a safe environment.
