Anitta Perkins Piano Studio

Anitta Perkins is a professonal, experienced and patient piano teacher with 24 years of teaching and mentoring experience with children, teens, and adults. In that course of time she has personally taught and shared "the love of music" to over 500 students. Mrs. Anitta owned and operated her piano studio in the twin cities area of Minnesota. She just recently moved to Lincoln, NE to be closer to her family and would love to continue teaching her love of music to the Lincoln community. Mrs. Anitta is also an accompanist for special occassions and events and can also be contacted for teaching Home School groups.

Anitta Perkins is now offering NEW students a FREE Introductory 1st lesson. Mrs. Anitta knows understands that each student is individual and unique. That is why she takes the time to get to know each student and creates customized lesson plans for each one. Music Fun Lab (Music Theory using technology) and group lessons are offered to enhance the student's learning experience. The 15 minute Music Fun Lab can be added on to the initial one-on-one lesson for an additional $4.00. NEW! "MOM & ME" music classes for pre-schoolers is also available with Mrs. Anitta. With so many choices for extra curricular activities, Mrs. Anitta realizes that learning to play the piano should be FUN!

Playing the piano has always been a passion for Mrs. Anitta. The best part about her job of teaching piano is that many of Mrs. Anitta's students stay with her long term and become close friends. In fact, two of her long term students also became her beginner assistant teachers. A few other students have gone on to school to continue their music education and now have jobs in that field.
