About
I have passion in teaching people who wants to learn music, especially those who want to play their favourite piece whether it is on the piano or violin.
I finish my grade 8 piano exam from ABRSM, and a diploma from Australian Guild music board. I also graduate in BA Music, concentration in piano. I also have experience in preparing students for music board exams, annual concerts, and other special events.
My goal in teaching music is to create a fun learning experience for all age, whether he/she is beginner or in advance level, and feel accomplished after successfully learning his/her favourite piece.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Depending on the student's goal. If the student plans to sit for exams and are looking for learn music for long term, I would start with scales and technical exercises. If the student only want to learn their favourite piece, I would go straight in to guide him/her to play this particular until it is played smoothly.

Starting at $13 per hour. Price is negotiable.
How did you get started teaching?
I started teaching when my teacher asked me to assist her on younger students.
What types of students have you worked with?
I worked with all ages from age 4 till age 30.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Student should not think twice of asking me anything. I'd prefer them to tell me everything they have in mind when learning with me. I want my student to be comfortable with me, like a fried.
