Hello!

I am a pianist and piano instructor in the Omaha area, and have over 20 years of piano experience. I hold my degree in music education, and have been teaching private piano lessons for the past 7 years. My students range in age from 5 to 70+ years old, from beginners all the way to advanced levels. One of my primary goals as a teacher is to ensure that my students are learning both the "how" and the "why" - growing in both their skills and abilities at the piano, as well as in their understanding of what is taking place musically.

As an instructor, I love both the musical and relational facets of teaching, as doing so allows me to help students grow in their skills and knowledge at the piano while also developing one-on-one relationships. I believe that piano lessons are a source of both musical and life investment, and I value each opportunity I have to invest both musically and relationally in every one of my students!
