I am a NASM certified personal trainer.
I have at least experienced nearly every sport, workout, and physical discipline including football, basketball, baseball, various fighting styles, parkour, gymnastics, weight lifting, volleyball, snowboarding, rollerblading, tennis, running, tightrope, unicycle, and many more.

I've been concealed carrying pistols and shooting since 2017. My experience includes over 30 different pistols.
Piano is extremely easy, so I could teach you the basics, which is all you need to get started and continue to learn on your own.
I could teach you the basics of saxophone and guitar.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I warm up, assess their current fitness level, ask them about their fitness goals, and then help them achieve those goals.

How did you get started teaching?
For decades, I have enjoyed teaching others all of the skills I am capable of, including athletics, medicine, languages, and much more.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have trained men and women ranging from 3 to 30 years old. I can generally train anyone willing to learn.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
My proudest moment (other than marrying my beautiful wife) was probably winning my first boxing match by TKO or bringing my first cardiac arrest patient as a paramedic back to life.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
I would look for a trainer who is knowledgeable, experienced, qualified, patient, kind, ambitious, and affordable.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
They should clarify their goals and commitment level to the discipline at hand.
